ZOLENGTHE.NET was founded on January 1, 2007 by Pu T. Zamlunmang Zou.
It all started sometime in 2005 with several personal blogs

like Zokuom, Zodawn and the name Zolengthe was used
from January 1, 2007 onward. A regular news updates was initially
initiated with the blog zo-lengthe.blogspot.com from that very day. The blog
became so popular therefore a need for a website was strongly felt. Then it was on
December 28, 2008 a portal Zolengthe.net and a web hosting was bought and it moves on.

It is the people, the readers, who are the real owners of this online news. To start with, Pu Ginsuanhau Zou contributed Rs. 20,000/- and a countless number of contribution were also received from well wishers. Pu Jouboi Taithul has also voluntarily contributed Rs. 15,000/- for the renewal of five years.

AWARDS & APPRECIATIONS

So far, Zolengthe.net and Zolengthe SMS have earned a good name among the Zo peoples in India and abroad. The Zou Sangnaupang Pawlpi, GHQ and Zou Sangnaupang Pawlpi, Shillong Branch awarded Appreciation Memento for its hard and good work. The Zou Youth Organisation GHQ and United Zou Organisation GHQ have always supported us morally and financially.
