Hoi mama ei, ei ikipat lou le koi kipan di la…but it will be more fruitful if local participation is encouraged. These days developmental experts are talking about participatory development where the people themselves take responsibility for their own development. The traditional expertise top-down approach has been proved to be a failure..so in this regard, it is in itself a bottom-up approach..but what we try to ponder here is to narrow down to grassroot to ensure participation and responsibility at each level.
UZO for Zou people. Long live!!
