Gospel Centenary Celebration Committee has appeals

IMPHAL, Jan 25 : The Gospel Centenary Celebration Committee has appealed to all organisations and associations of the State not to call any bandh, blockade or any other activities that may hamper the commemoration of 100 years of Christianity South Manipur from February 4 to 7. The function will be held at Sielmat, Churachandpur, said a statement and added that the centenary celebration will be organised by the Independent Church of India. Guests will be arriving from different parts of country by road and air to attend the centenary function, said the statement and reiterated its call to all not to impose any bandh or blockade during the said period.
